After over a year studying remotely, students returned to school in person in the fall of 2021, and a conversation with members of the Oregon Repertory School Youth Choir revolved almost entirely around things they were looking forward to after a disruptive year. Their words tumbled out on top of each other and were full of energy, nostalgia, observations, quirkiness, and joy at being with friends and family, all of which permeate this piece and its infectious sense of lightness and motion.
